About the program
The program is led by Sandra Hildebrandt, an experienced career coach, psycho-social counsellor, and seasoned international business leader (MBA) in industry, with work/ life experience in six countries. She combines deep understanding of corporate environments in Switzerland with a human, supportive coaching approach.

Program details
Location: Lili Centre, Lucerne
Duration: 8 weeks
Group size: max. 8 participants
Group sessions:
Every Monday, 10:00 – 12:00 (in person)
Individual coaching:
Two 60-minute sessions (online or in person)
Time commitment: approx. 6 hours per week

Thanks to generous local sponsorship, this program is offered at a significantly reduced cost:
– Lili Centre members: CHF 700 → CHF 200 after attendance grant
– Non-members: CHF 700
Lili members who attend all sessions receive a CHF 500 attendance grant.
